Choose the Lancaster Bus Amenities You Need
Party buses in the 15- to 50-passenger range typically come with a full-length bar, color-changing LED lighting, a Bluetooth sound system, flat-panel TVs, and wraparound perimeter seating — which is exactly what you want for a birthday night out across Lancaster or a bachelorette crawl on The BLVD. Sprinter limos are a great fit for smaller groups heading to a corporate dinner or wine tasting, with leather seating and USB charging at every seat. Full-size charter buses generally include reclining seats, climate control, overhead storage bins, WiFi, power outlets, and onboard restrooms — essential for the 70-mile run to LAX or a day trip to Six Flags with a school group.
Amenities vary by vehicle, but the quote tool shows you what each bus includes before you commit to anything.

Lancaster Party Bus Pricing That Works for You
Lancasterpartybuscompany.com makes it easy to compare party bus pricing across multiple providers without the phone-tag. To give you an idea of where pricing typically lands in the Antelope Valley: 14-passenger Sprinter limos run around $150–$310/hour; 15–20 passenger party buses run $190–$355/hour; 20–30 passenger party buses run $225–$395/hour; 35–50 passenger party buses and minibuses run $270–$460/hour; and full-size 40–56 passenger charter buses run $130–$275/hour or $1,050–$2,100/day. These figures vary based on your travel date, the specific itinerary, the vehicle type, and the distance involved — longer runs down to Los Angeles or LAX will factor into the total.

Lancaster Airport Shuttles & Transportation
The run from Lancaster to LAX covers more than 70 miles each way, and the route — south on Highway 14 through the Newhall Pass, then onto the 405 through the Sepulveda Pass — is one of the more time-variable drives in Southern California. On a clear weekday morning it might take 90 minutes. On a Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend, with the 14/5 interchange backed up and the 405 crawling through the Westside, plan on two hours or more.
Coordinating multiple cars on that run means multiple parking costs and someone inevitably running late to the terminal.
A single airport shuttle handles the whole group in one vehicle, with undercarriage luggage bays built for checked bags, and drops everyone curbside at the correct departures level. For arrivals at LAX, gather the full group and all bags before calling for the bus — the Lower/Arrivals Level ground transportation islands keep the curb moving and buses cannot wait at the curb. Hollywood Burbank Airport (BUR) at 2627 N Hollywood Way, Burbank, CA 91505 is a closer option for some groups, roughly 50 miles south on the 14.
Read the LAX airport shuttle from Lancaster guide for terminal-specific pickup zones and timing details, then call 661-899-4960 to compare vehicles for either airport!

Lancaster Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
A bachelorette night in Lancaster can open on The BLVD — the downtown entertainment corridor along Lancaster Boulevard — and go wherever the group decides from there. No one has to track who is driving or when the last rideshare will show up at the end of the night, because the bus handles that. A 15- to 30-passenger party bus gives the whole crew a built-in bar, color-changing LED lighting, and Bluetooth sound to keep the energy up between stops, and the night runs on the group's schedule, not anyone else's.
If the plan is to head south — into Santa Clarita for dinner first, over to Hollywood for a late night, or all the way out to Las Vegas on an overnight — a party bus keeps everyone together in a way that a convoy of rideshares simply can't replicate. The Newhall Pass doesn't seem long when the whole group is inside a party bus with the playlist going. For a Lancaster bachelorette party bus, call 661-899-4960 or use the quote tool to check availability for your date!

Lancaster Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
Lancaster and the broader Antelope Valley have a strong quinceañera culture, and a party bus arrival at the banquet hall or reception venue is an entrance the guest of honor will remember long after the night ends. Birthday party buses seating 15 to 50 are a great fit — and you can request white, silver, or black vehicles to match your event colors. Whether the celebration is heading to The Hangar at the Antelope Valley Fairgrounds, a banquet hall on East Lancaster Boulevard, or a venue in Palmdale, the bus coordinates pickup, drop-off, and navigation so the family can stay focused on the event itself.
For adult milestone birthdays going out for a night — dinner in Santa Clarita, a show at LPAC, or a group night in Burbank — a party bus keeps everyone together from the first pickup to the last drop-off. No one ends the night asking who is driving. Call 661-899-4960 to check bus sizes and availability for your celebration date!

Lancaster Concert Transportation & Shuttles
The Lancaster Performing Arts Center (LPAC) at 750 W Lancaster Blvd brings touring artists and national-caliber productions to the Antelope Valley year-round. Parking along Lancaster Boulevard and the surrounding residential streets fills quickly on sold-out nights, and the venue's surface lot options are limited. The Antelope Valley Fairgrounds hosts marquee concerts at The Hangar, where the Avenue H parking area reaches capacity early on major show nights and exits can back up onto the surface roads for 30–45 minutes after the final set.
The Hangar Lancaster charter bus guide covers the drop-off and staging logistics for that specific venue.
For larger acts drawing Lancaster groups south — Toyota Arena in Ontario, the Kia Forum in Inglewood, or stadium shows in Los Angeles — a Lancaster concert bus rental handles the parking problem that makes those venues painful on event nights and gets the group home together when the show ends. A party bus with a built-in bar, LED lighting, and Bluetooth sound turns the drive in and out into part of the night. Call 661-899-4960 to check availability for your show date!

Lancaster Corporate Event Transportation
Companies across the Antelope Valley regularly send teams south to Burbank, the San Fernando Valley, Glendale, and downtown Los Angeles — and the Highway 14 commute in multiple separate cars adds up fast in time, fuel, and parking. A corporate shuttle carries the whole team together in one vehicle, with everyone arriving at the same time and without the coordination headache of a four-car caravan hunting for spots in a downtown parking structure.
Executive Sprinter vans are the practical pick for smaller leadership teams — leather seating, individual charging at every seat, tinted windows, and room for presentation materials. For larger groups, a minibus or full charter bus covers the headcount without making anyone scramble for a seat. Aerospace and defense contractors near Plant 42 in Palmdale, along with multi-campus employers across the valley, can set up recurring shuttle routes as well.
Call 661-899-4960 to discuss group rates and scheduling for your Lancaster corporate transportation needs!

Lancaster Private Event Transportation Services
Planning a large group outing in the Antelope Valley? A Lancaster private charter bus or party bus rental keeps your entire itinerary moving smoothly, whether you are organizing a family reunion at Saddleback Butte State Park, a church retreat out to the high desert, or a multi-stop birthday celebration across town.
The California Poppy Festival in April draws huge crowds to the Antelope Valley Fairgrounds, and Lancaster Road out toward the Poppy Reserve gets severely congested during peak bloom season — single vehicles can sit in traffic for 30 minutes or more just getting into the reserve area, and on-site parking is extremely limited. One bus brings the whole group and stages at the fairground shuttle area rather than hunting for a spot. Read the Poppy Festival transportation guide for the full logistics picture.
For the Antelope Valley Fair in late August and early September, the Avenue H fairgrounds entrance backs up well before gates open on busy nights — the Antelope Valley Fair transportation guide has the specific drop-off and exit detail. Call 661-899-4960 to get your private event bus lined up!

Lancaster Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Prom season in the Antelope Valley runs April through May, and every high school from Antelope Valley High to Quartz Hill to Highland books within the same narrow spring window. The best vehicles at reasonable rates go first — sometimes as early as December or January for a May prom. For prom: book by early winter or expect higher pricing and limited availability.
A typical 6-hour prom rental for 25–30 students — school pickup, a photo stop at a scenic Antelope Valley location, venue drop-off, and after-party return — might run $1,400–$1,900 all-inclusive when booked 4–5 months early, and closer to $2,400–$3,000+ when booked in the last few weeks before the date. Those are example figures to help you plan, not a locked-in quote. Actual pricing varies by date and vehicle.
Lancasterpartybuscompany.com makes it easy to compare bus options side by side and move fast before the date is taken. Call 661-899-4960 to get started on your Lancaster prom party bus now!

Lancaster School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Teachers and chaperones will appreciate how quickly Lancasterpartybuscompany.com returns bus options and pricing — one form, multiple providers, no phone-tag. Carpooling a class of 30 across the Antelope Valley or down the 14 to Los Angeles in multiple parent vehicles doesn't make sense when a single bus handles the entire group in one coordinated pickup and drop-off.
For local field trips to the Lancaster Museum of Art and History (MOAH) at 665 W Lancaster Blvd or the Antelope Valley California Poppy Reserve, a minibus is the right pick — easy downtown access and no need to arrange multiple parent vehicles for a short run. Longer field trips to the California Science Center in Exposition Park or the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County get the most out of a full-size charter bus with reclining seats, onboard restrooms, and overhead storage for lunchboxes and gear. ADA-accessible vehicles are available — just mention it when you request your quote.
Call 661-899-4960 to set up your Lancaster school field trip bus!

Lancaster Sporting Event Transportation
Fan groups heading south from Lancaster to Dodger Stadium face one of the more frustrating game-night drives in Southern California — 70+ miles down the 14 into Los Angeles, with the approach on Vin Scully Avenue backing up badly for marquee matchups. Dodger Stadium parking is cashless, sold in advance, and at capacity on big games well before first pitch. Oversized vehicles are directed to Lot 12 through Sunset Gate A on Vin Scully Avenue, at $65 in advance or $70 at the gate per the official Dodgers parking page — a bus handles that as one purchase for the whole group instead of splitting five separate car fees.
For Rams and Chargers games at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, youth sports tournaments at regional parks across the San Fernando Valley, or high school athletic events at Antelope Valley stadiums, a Lancaster sporting event charter bus keeps the whole crew together and the pregame energy building on the ride down. And if the Aerospace Valley Air Show returns to Edwards Air Force Base — the base has not hosted one since 2022 and has not announced a new date — a single bus would carry your group through base security screening together rather than adding to the individual vehicle line. Call 661-899-4960 to get a quote for your game day or event!

Lancaster Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
A Lancaster wedding shuttle keeps the entire guest list coordinated between the hotel block, ceremony venue, and reception without anyone navigating Antelope Valley roads in formalwear after dark. The Hangar at the Antelope Valley Fairgrounds hosts some of the largest weddings in the region, and running a shuttle loop from Lancaster and Palmdale hotels to the Avenue H venue means guests don't need to find parking in a lot that fills well before the ceremony ends. Read the Hangar transportation guide for the specific drop-off and staging logistics at that venue.
A 14-passenger Sprinter limo is a natural fit for the bridal party on the wedding day itself — coordinated pickup, the right look for the occasion, and no one needs to arrange separate cars. For guest shuttles looping between multiple hotels, a minibus covers the headcount without bringing an oversized coach to a venue with limited staging. Planning ahead through Lancasterpartybuscompany.com keeps your wedding timeline tight, with clear pickup windows from first quote to final drop-off.
Call 661-899-4960 to get your Lancaster wedding shuttle set up today!

Lancaster Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
The Antelope Valley has a small but growing local tasting room scene, and Temecula wine country — one of Southern California's most established wine regions — sits about two hours south, making it a very doable day trip for a Lancaster group that wants the full wine country experience. A Lancaster winery tour bus rental means no one in the group has to skip tastings or watch the clock because they drew the short straw as the sober ride home.
For a pub crawl staying closer to home, The BLVD in downtown Lancaster has a walkable cluster of bars, restaurants, and live music spots along Lancaster Boulevard. A party bus drops the group at the first stop, stages nearby while everyone moves between venues on foot, and is ready at the end of the night when no one wants to piece together rideshares across the Antelope Valley. The bus becomes part of the celebration between stops — and there are no logistics to figure out when the night wraps up.

Frequently Asked Questions About Lancaster Bus Rentals
How does this website work?
Lancasterpartybuscompany.com helps you compare bus rental options; it is not the bus company and does not rent, own, or operate vehicles. When you submit the quote form, you can review pricing and available vehicles for your date, compare the options, and find what fits your group.
How much does a party bus cost in Lancaster, California?
Party bus pricing in Lancaster varies based on vehicle size, the date, and your specific itinerary — especially since many Lancaster trips involve longer runs south to Los Angeles, LAX, or regional venues. To give you an idea: 14-passenger Sprinter limos run around $150–$310/hour; 15–20 passenger party buses run $190–$355/hour; 20–30 passenger party buses run $225–$395/hour; 35–50 passenger party buses and minibuses run $270–$460/hour; and full-size 40–56 passenger charter buses run $130–$275/hour or $1,050–$2,100/day. Check the party bus prices page for a full breakdown.
What is Lancasterpartybuscompany.com?
Lancasterpartybuscompany.com is a comparison and quote-request website for group ground transportation serving Lancaster and the Antelope Valley. It lets you compare party bus, charter bus, and minibus options through one online form — so you can weigh prices and vehicles side by side and find what fits your group.
Does Lancasterpartybuscompany.com own any of the vehicles on this website?
No. Lancasterpartybuscompany.com does not own or operate any vehicles. This website is a comparison site for transportation providers serving the Lancaster area. The vehicles shown are owned and operated by those providers, not by this website.
Can I get a bus from Lancaster to LAX?
Yes — runs from Lancaster to LAX and other Los Angeles-area airports are among the most common requests on this site. The trip is 70+ miles each way, typically 90 minutes to 2+ hours depending on traffic on Highway 14 and the 405. A full-size charter bus with undercarriage luggage bays is the most popular choice for large groups heading to the airport with checked bags, since it handles everyone's luggage in one vehicle.
Read the LAX airport shuttle from Lancaster guide for terminal-specific pickup zones and timing, then call 661-899-4960 to get a quote.
When is the busiest time to book a party bus in Lancaster?
Prom season (April–May) is the single busiest window for party buses across the Antelope Valley, with every high school in Lancaster and Palmdale booking within the same narrow spring window. The Antelope Valley Fair in late August–early September and the California Poppy Festival in April both spike demand significantly, and the Aerospace Valley Air Show at Edwards AFB does too whenever it returns — the base hasn't hosted one since 2022 and hasn't announced a new date. Booking at least three to six months in advance is strongly recommended for any of those dates — and for prom, even earlier is better.
Popular Lancaster Party Bus Destinations
Lancaster sits at the northern end of the Los Angeles metro, with a full calendar of local events and easy access to regional attractions just down Highway 14. Here are some of the most common destinations for Lancaster party bus groups — with the planning details that actually matter for each one.

Lancaster Performing Arts Center (LPAC)
The Lancaster Performing Arts Center at 750 W Lancaster Blvd, Lancaster, CA 93534 is the Antelope Valley's leading indoor entertainment venue, hosting touring concerts, Broadway productions, comedy shows, and community performances throughout the year. The main auditorium seats just over 750. On sold-out show nights, surface parking along Lancaster Boulevard and the side streets fills before curtain time, and the paid lots near the venue are limited.
A party bus drops your group at the entrance and stages while the show runs — no meter to watch and no scramble for a spot. Groups coming from Palmdale or the east end of the valley find a minibus far easier to coordinate than a multi-car convoy trying to rendezvous at one parking row.
Address: 750 W Lancaster Blvd, Lancaster, CA 93534 Phone: (661) 723-5950

Antelope Valley Fairgrounds & The Hangar
The Antelope Valley Fairgrounds at 2551 W Avenue H, Lancaster, CA 93536 is the hub of major Antelope Valley events throughout the year. The Hangar is the signature indoor event venue on the property, used for weddings, quinceañeras, banquets, and concerts that draw upward of 1,000 guests. The Antelope Valley Fair in late August and early September is the biggest annual event on the calendar — Avenue H traffic backs up significantly on weekend evenings, and the fairgrounds parking lot reaches capacity on concert nights well before the headliner takes the stage.
A charter bus stages on-site rather than competing for those spaces. Read the Antelope Valley Fair transportation guide for specific drop-off and exit logistics.
Address: 2551 W Avenue H, Lancaster, CA 93536 Phone: (661) 948-6060

Six Flags Magic Mountain
Six Flags Magic Mountain at 26101 Magic Mountain Pkwy, Valencia, CA 91355 is about 35 miles south of Lancaster on Highway 14 — the most popular day-trip destination for Antelope Valley birthday groups, youth organizations, and school Grad Night events in May and June. General parking at the park runs $35–$45 per vehicle per the park's published rates, and the main lot on Magic Mountain Pkwy backs up substantially on summer Saturdays when attendance is high. One bus drops the entire group at the main entrance, parks in the designated oversized-vehicle area, and the whole group goes in together — no splitting into four cars and trying to find each other at the gate.
Read the Six Flags Magic Mountain group trip guide from Lancaster for departure timing and Grad Night logistics.
Address: 26101 Magic Mountain Pkwy, Valencia, CA 91355 Phone: (661) 255-4100

Antelope Valley California Poppy Reserve
The Antelope Valley California Poppy Reserve at 15101 Lancaster Rd, Lancaster, CA 93536 is a 1,781-acre California State Reserve that draws enormous crowds during peak wildflower bloom, typically mid-February through mid-April. During a strong bloom year, Lancaster Road becomes a slow crawl westward from Avenue I, and on-site parking is limited and fills quickly after opening. California State Parks charges a $10 per-vehicle day-use fee (with discounts for seniors and disabled visitors), and a large tour bus pays $100 flat instead — splitting that one fee across a full group works out cheaper per person than several cars each paying separately, and on peak weekends visitors without advance plans have still been turned away when the lot is full.
A single bus carries the whole group and arrives coordinated during the early morning window before the lot locks out, rather than having members of your party stagger in from different cars at different times. Read the Poppy Festival group transportation guide for more detail.
Address: 15101 Lancaster Rd, Lancaster, CA 93536 Phone: (661) 946-6092

Edwards Air Force Base — Aerospace Valley Air Show
Edwards Air Force Base has hosted the Aerospace Valley Air Show in past years, most recently in October 2022, drawing tens of thousands of aviation enthusiasts to an active military installation about 25 miles east of Lancaster on Highway 58 — as of this writing the base hasn't announced a new show date, so check with Edwards Air Force Base before planning a trip around it. Base access requires valid government-issued ID for all attendees, and vehicles are subject to security screening at the main gate. When large crowds arrive in individual cars around the same opening window, the vehicle screening line can stretch significantly.
Groups that arrive together in a charter bus go through that screening as a single unit, which is considerably faster than a line of individual cars doing the same process one at a time. The base's internal shuttle system moves visitors from parking areas to the flight line, and coordinating one chartered vehicle simplifies the logistics for large family or enthusiast groups considerably. Read the Aerospace Valley Air Show transportation guide for full access and security coordination detail, and confirm current status before booking.
Address: Edwards Air Force Base, Edwards, CA 93524

The BLVD Lancaster
The BLVD is Lancaster's downtown entertainment district centered along Lancaster Boulevard between Fern Avenue and Fig Avenue — a walkable stretch of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, event spaces, and weekend markets that serves as the main gathering point for the city's evening social scene. The corridor was redeveloped in the early 2010s and now draws locals and visitors alike for weekend nights, seasonal outdoor events, and First Friday celebrations. Street parking along Lancaster Boulevard fills on busy Friday and Saturday evenings, and the metered lots nearby turn over slowly on event nights.
A party bus covers the drop-off at the first stop, stages in the area while the group moves between venues on foot, and is ready whenever the night wraps up — no one has to end the evening worrying about how to get everyone home from the far end of the strip.
Address: Lancaster Blvd, Lancaster, CA 93534
